The information comes directly from the couriers. If you believe there is an error, we recommend checking directly on the courier's website or contacting them.

Can I track international shipments?

Yes. In addition to Chilean couriers, we integrate with over 1,200 international carriers through TrackingMore.

How do I know which courier has my package?

In Chiletrackr we automatically detect the courier from the format of your tracking number. You can also check the seller's dispatch email or contact them directly.
